EFF Loses Urgent Court Bid Against Baleka Mbethe

EFF has lost its urgent court application against the Speaker of National Assemly, Baleka Mbete. The party had filed in an application so that the court could be indicted from evicting its MPs during President Zuma's question and answer session today.

The EFF requested the court to prevent Mbete from removing it's MPs forcefully from the house. During the previous question and answer session, Baleka called in security officials to eject 16 EF MPs from National Assembly.

The matter was thrown out of the court on basis that it is not urgent. This means that Baleka Mbete will repeat what she did during the previous sitting if EFF members violate parliament rules.

Presient Zuma recently expressed his concerns about Parliament disruptions. He request Mbete to restore order in her house.
